Shipping Policy for items purchased at JewelSpiegelGallery.com
We offer Standard, Premium and Express shipping through out the Continental US. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the United States and would like to place an order, go to our Contact Us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with order details and contact information. A representative from our gallery will contact you as soon as possible during gallery business hours.

- Express Shipping (1-2 business days transit time)
All in-stock orders will usually be processed and sent out within two business days. Please add this to the transit time for estimated delivery. If there are any delays in processing you will be notified in a timely manner. Once an order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details, including tracking number.
The customer is responsible for providing a secure place of delivery and receipt from the shipping carrier. Jewel Spiegel Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address when finalizing a purchase. Any additional charges incurred due to an incorrect or inaccurate shipping address will be the responsibility of the customer. Jewel Spiegel Gallery is not responsible for merchandise or charges for packages incorrectly delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer.
We offer free standard shipping only on orders $250.00 or more. Premium and express shipping is available at customer’s expense. If an item(s) is returned, the shipping charges billed to deliver the item(s) to customer will not be refunded or credited and the shipping charges for the return of that item(s) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from refund or store credit.

Merchandise listed under Photo Frames, Home Décor, Accessories and Designer Brands may be returned for a refund or exchange, excluding candles and home fragrance items, according to the following guidelines in sections: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6.
1.1 Items listed under candles or home fragrance are not returnable. A refund will be issued, excluding any shipping charges, for returned item(s) up to 15 days of purchase, based on the original form of payment. On returned items you may expect to receive your approved refund within 30 days of our receipt of returned item(s). After 15 days of purchase a store credit will be issued, excluding any shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. A gift may be returned for store credit only, up to 30 days of purchase.
1.2 No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase by means of an original receipt or gift receipt.
1.3 Items marked as final sale may not be returned. No refunds or store credits will be issued for these items.
1.4 Returned item(s) must be in saleable condition. Item(s) must have original packaging, boxing & included accessories and be free of any damages in order to be issued a refund or store credit.
1.5 Merchandise returned for refund or exchange will be at customer’s expense. Orders totaling $999.00 or less will enclose a return label for your convenience. The shipping cost for the return of such item(s) will be deducted from the amount refunded or the amount to be credited. Orders totaling $1,000.00 or more will not enclose a return label and all shipping costs and liabilities for the return of such merchandise will be the customers responsibility. All shipping costs on returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise can also be brought back for return at our store location.
1.6 Packages are to be inspected immediately upon receipt. Claims for defective merchandise must be made to Jewel Spiegel Gallery within 3 days of receipt. Claims on defective merchandise after 3 days of receipt will not be processed. Claims for damaged, lost or stolen merchandise during transit must be submitted to the shipping carrier. Jewel Spiegel Gallery is not responsible for merchandise damaged during transit.
Items listed under Art Inventory may be returned only with approval from Jewel Spiegel Gallery and the following guidelines in sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 will apply.
2.1 If for any reason you would like to return a piece of artwork or sculpture purchased from www.jewelspiegelgallery.com, you must notify us within 3 days upon receipt of purchased item for an approval from Jewel Spiegel Gallery. A returned item(s) must be received by Jewel Spiegel Gallery within 10 days of approval of return for a refund to be issued. Approved refunds will be given, less all shipping charges, within 30 days of receipt of item(s) based on the original form of payment. No refunds or store credits will be issued after 15days of purchase.
2.2 No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase by means of an original receipt or gift receipt.
2.3 Returned artwork or sculpture must be returned in the same condition as received. Item(s) must be shipped back in the same manner, same packaging and free of any claims in order to be issued a refund.
2.4 The shipping of artwork or sculpture being returned for refund will be at customer’s expense. Orders totaling $999.00 or less may be sent a return label from Jewel Spiegel Gallery after a request for return has been approved. The shipping cost for the return of such item(s) will be deducted from the amount refunded. Orders totaling $1,000.00 or more will not receive a return label from Jewel Spiegel Gallery. If a request for the return of artwork, valued at $1,000 or more, has been approved by Jewel Spiegel Gallery, the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and the customer will assume all liability for lost or damaged artwork. All shipping costs for returned artwork or sculpture are the responsibility of the customer.
