Georges Blouin was born June 18, 1928, in the Northern part of France. He attended the Ecole des Beaux Arts d’Arras where he studied Decorative Painting. Georges Blouin is a Committee Member and Jury Member of the Artistes Francais. Blouin died in 2012.
